Dear friends:
Bringing our friends and colleagues up to speed on some recent changes – regarding Dimension Five Consultants, Inc. and the Bracher Center for Integrity in Leadership! Am taking my own advice about “retiring” – which was revealed in my August 22, 2007, Integrity Matters newspaper column:
It requires good planning to make your retirement a creative transition:
So, here is the announcement and how to continue to stay in contact with us.

In closing, please give some consideration to having us assist you – or someone you admire - in formulating and printing important legacy thoughts – Final Lecture – sharing with others most admired qualities and insights for living – personally and professionally.
Providing a process - enabling individuals to present and publish their “final lecture” - just might become an important part of the Executives-in-Residence program; establishing a values impact that could constructively impact many lives, for years to come. Here’s how the idea was started, appearing in my weekly Integrity Matters newspaper column:
QUESTION: If you knew you only had one more opportunity to pass along your own important values, what would you say? And, when would you say it?
ANSWER: The answer varies from person to person. However, in Jeffrey Zaslow's Wall Street Journal article about Carnegie Mellon's computer-science professor Randy Pausch, the question isn't rhetorical. Pausch, the 46-year-old father of three, has pancreatic cancer and expects to live for just a few months.
In addition to displaying his own integrity in front of 400 students and colleagues, his "final lecture" has created a permanent legacy for his three young children, ages 5, 2 and 1.
Here are Dr. Pausch’s "most important" thoughts.
Please let us know how we might help you formulate and communicate your “final lecture” – fully appreciating that what individuals leave behind, that is truly valuable, includes integrity.
Jim -
